After you can sign in

People spreadsheet

After you can sign in, open Admin, then People, then Import CSV. Download the template first.

Template columns, in order: first_name, last_name, household, email, phone, status.

If you export from Planning Center People

Planning Center is a product you may already use. It is not the name of this app. This page is a column map, not a perfect importer.

In Planning Center, export people as CSV. Copy those columns into our template names:

• First Name → first_name
• Last Name → last_name
• Household Name → household
• Email → email
• Mobile or Phone Number → phone
• Membership or Status → status (Member becomes voting_member, Visitor becomes guest)

A re-run will not create a second row for the same email, or for the same first name, last name, and household when there is no email.
