1. Who may use this software

You may use, copy, modify, and run this software on computers and
accounts you control if you are:

  (a) a house of worship (a congregation that gathers for worship,
      including a church, synagogue, mosque, temple, or similar), or
  (b) a parachurch group (a nonprofit ministry that exists to serve
      houses of worship or their members, including missions, campus
      ministry, seminaries, camps, and similar).

You may give a copy to another house of worship or parachurch group if
you include this license and do not charge for the software itself.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

  (a) sell this software, or sell a modified version of it;
  (b) rent it as a paid hosted service (charging anyone to log into a
      copy you run for them);
  (c) use it if you are not a house of worship or a parachurch group,
      including for-profit vendors and commercial software companies.

3. Source

You may read and change the source. If you give a modified copy to
another permitted organization, you must include this license and a
note that you changed it.

4. Name

"smallchurch CHMS" and "smallchurch.work" are not a grant of trademark.
Do not call a paid product by those names.

5. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
